Join Kirsten for a month of old-school simple practice/ Surrounded by trees in a simple shala a few breaths away from the Ionian Sea. This is a relatively remote (for Europe) getaway, reminiscent of older Thailand and Goa vibes when those places weren’t so developed.
Classes open for the month of June, spaces limited.

 

Kirsten holds deep respect for this practice as a tool with which to cultivate awareness and dispassion,
in particular focusing on its internal practice, “yoga tristhana” (pranayama/drishti/bandha), gathered from years of direct study with KP Jois and Sharath Jois.
